Mekong Delta-My Tho-Bentre + Saigon City Tour

ITINERARY:

Day 01:  Arrival Saigon City

Welcome to a friendly guide then transfer to the Hotel

Free time

Day 02: Mekong Delta-My Tho-Bentre or Mekong Delta- Cai Be Floating Market- Vinh Long Town

6:45 am Breakfast at the Hotel

7:30 am, pick up at the hotel. It takes 2 hours drive going to Mekong Delta. From My Tho,  a local motor boat will drive you along Dragon Island,  Phoenix Island, Turtle Island and stop at the famous Unicorn Island to visit natural pure honey at a beekeeping farm. Then walk towards the village, enjoy some fresh tropical fruits while listening to the Southern traditional music and row a boat along the natural water coconut canal to see the life of the locals at Mekong Delta. 

 Your motorboat trip will proceed to Bentre Province to visit a handmaid coconut candy workshop. Then transfer to a small motor boat and travel along the lush, green canals. You will stop at a local restaurant for a Vietnamese lunch. Right after, the local boat will take you back to My Tho, take a visit to Vinh Trang Pagoda and drive you back to Saigon.

       Day 03:  Saigon City Tour and Departure

       breakfast at the Hotel

       Saigon City Tour Includes China Town, Thien Hau Pagoda, Ben Thanh Market, Opera House, City Hall, then drop at the Main Post   Office and Notre Dame Cathedral for Picture Taking.

       Transfer to the airport for departure.

Day 02: Cu Chi Tunnel- Tay Ninh Town

8:00 AM Guide picks up and departs to CU CHI TOWN – well-known with its tunnel system as the secret underground village in the wartime. Watching the document film introduce about the guerrilla war. Having true experience of moving through the battle trench, crawling in the tunnel, seeing handmade weapon, command bunker, non-smoke kitchen. Stop at a model house to see how to make rice paper cake, rice wine.

Continue your trip to TAY NINH. En route, passing countryside scenery on new South Asia Road. Visit CAO DAI HOLY TEMPLE at the right time to join the mid-day rite of this religion especially with impressive colorful costumes and unique tradition music. Have a lunch and return to HCMC. 

Day 03:  Saigon City Tour and Departure
